Tips for Buyers:

• Register on Frugal Formalwear and sign in with your information.
• If you are interested in a specific item (dresses, hair accessories, bling or shoes), please email Frugal Formalwear @ frugalformalwear@aol.com. Be sure to include the item number.
• Once Frugal Formalwear receives your email we will forward your information to the seller. Please be sure to carbon copy Frugal Formalwear on all of your emails with the seller.
• If you do not get a response from the seller within 48 hours, please send Frugal Formalwear an email @ frugalformalwear@aol.com. We will help you contact the seller.
• Once you have worked out the selling price, postage costs and any other details, please arrange for payment. The seller will not mail your items until your payment is received and all items are paid in full.
• If you do not receive your items within ten (10) to fifteen (15) days after your payment has been processed, please email Frugal Formalwear @ frugalformalwear@aol.com.
• Please notify Frugal Formalwear with any concerns you may have with the seller.
• It is YOUR responsibility to ensure the items meet your requirements and the Seller has answered all of your questions.

• As the Buyer you agree to any charges with collecting non-payment such as, but not limited to Insufficient funds fees, legal fees, returned postage fees, etc.
• Never Wire funds or money grams (most of these requests are made by scammers). Do not accept these same funds either.
• Never, Never give out bank account number, social security number or date of birth.
• Frugal Formalwear recommends not dealing with out of the country buyers - many of the scams out there are from other parts of the country.
