How long before I see my items on the website?

As soon as your pictures and all information has been received and your posting payment has been confirmed (usually within 24/48 hours).

Does Frugal Formalwear offer refunds?

No, all Sales Final.

How much will an item cost?

It is up to the seller (the price will be listed with the posting and the seller may be willing to negotiate a price).

Should I dry clean the dress I am selling?

It is completely up to you. If you do dry clean the dress, please be sure the Buyer is aware the dress has been dry cleaned. A dress is more appealing to a Buyer if it has been dry cleaned.

Do I have to have people come to my home to view my dress?

Although it is up to you, Frugal Formalwear advises for your safety you do not show your items at your home.

How do I know if the interested Buyer is serious about purchasing my items?

The Buyer will communicate via email with you directly. The questions should be direct and to the point. You will know right away if the Buyer is serious about the sell. If they request personal information, please contact Frugal Formalwear immediately frugalformalwear@aol.com or kimberly@frugalformalwear.com.

Will Frugal Formalwear buy my items from me?

No, you will keep your items until an agreement is reached between the Buyer and Seller.
